My students is now training at various motor controls. The first thing they do is to connect a motor by start and stop holding circuit and with motor protection. Photo 4 - 5
Yes I have a book where I show them the different element. After that they take the elements and put it together. They learn how to couple on connectors.
I think our students learn in this way too. Demonstrating how to do something is a very good teaching strategy. Then the students can practice after the demonstration. How do you assess if they can do this correctly?
This is a very good picture of how your students are learning. Do you demonstrate first and then let them practice ?
