It´s an "old" building in the earlier belonging to Volvocars. The plant was built up starting 1959 and ready to start 1961 whith the Volvo Amazon. Around that time, i think, this building also was finished, that now is used for our school.
This looks very like some of the buildings that car companoies have in Australia where students go to learn. Our buildings were probably built around this time too.In our newer Colleges and schools the facilities are very modern and students enjoy all the latest equipment to work on.
That sounds great. But even if this building is old, it´s very modern inside and we also have modern equipment to work on. This is nesessary so the students don´t get "old" knowledge by us. They need the right competece when starting at their workplaces after school.
Jorg, this looks very similar to the entrances to our Technical and Further Education Colleges in VET in Australia.How old is this building?
